Victorian Barker/Showman

Jim Broadbent plays the larger-than-life master of ceremonies and owner of the Moulin Rouge in the movie. A bombastic character actor to jump on tables and chairs and announce the delights of the evening is great fun and can pull the whole event together.

Spectacle and Sparkle

There are so many other elements that you can utilise to create the best Moulin Rouge event. Encourage your guests to dress up or have a dressing-up box with items like top hats and fake moustaches, evening gloves, feather boas and tiaras.
