Best Cabaret Show in Brighton Fringe – Come Fly With Me

After our previous sell-out show, we got down to business to write and preview the best cabaret show in the Brighton Fringe. We wanted to create a unique show to showcase. Brighton Fringe Festival takes place for the whole month of May and is second in size only to Edinburgh Fringe in the UK.

Our Come Fly With Me show is a homage to the golden era of air travel. It is a mine of super kitsch references, over the top uniform fashions and stunning cabaret acts from around the globe.

Departure Lounge – check-in for the best cabaret show in Brighton Fringe.

It’s the last call for passengers for the Electric Cabaret Company around the world flight. All ticket holders are checked in and go through security to join the jet-set in our immersive departure lounge. The question is who will be flying first class and who will be flying in coach?

Our air stewardesses are a law unto themselves. They deliver the air safety announcements in their own style. Won’t demonstrate the life jacket as it messes with their hair. Help themselves to the drinks trolley and love a conga down the aisle. They have specially reinforced the safety slide. In the event of the plane landing on water, they don’t have to remove high heels and can still look “FIRE Queen’!

Cabaret Pilots

At Electric Cabaret Company Airlines we like to do things a little differently. Our first Pilot would put Jessica Rabbit to shame. She’s an uber-glamorous cabaret goddess who dons her pilot’s hat with a split to the thigh evening gown. Her co-pilot is a dapper, lounge singing host with a constant drink in hand and a thirst for adventure in the skies.

They like nothing more than to put the plane on the ‘trusty autopilot’ and serenade the passengers in true over the top style.

Around The World Acts

Every destination on our around the world trip of a lifetime includes a sparkling stage act from our colourful cabaret cast.

Performances include showgirl Burlesque from the Moulin Rouge in Paris. Fire spinning, colourful carnival from Rio. Acrobatic pole dancing with Russia’s Greatest Love Machine (and allegedly the Lover of The Russian Queen) Rasputin.

A trip to space awaits our intrepid travellers as we meet our multi hula hooping sassy space showgirl. We fly you to the moon with our glittering, Boylesque heartthrob.

Seatbelts will certainly need to be fastened as we hit a spot of turbulence and an unscheduled stop at creepy Transylvania. Our Burlesque vampire queen is ready to appear out of the mist with an act as spooky as it is tantalising. Luckily, we can quickly escape to warmer climes for a huge tropical beach party finale.

The ‘Anything To Declare’ Game Show

Unlike other airlines, our onboard entertainment includes song, dance and hilarious comedy interaction. We thought that we would add something on top to add even more of a wow factor. We are proud to be the only airline to boast a glittering on-board game show!

Our scary customs officer wants to know what is in the suitcases in the overhead lockers. Contestants will have to answer questions to compete to claim each suitcase. Will they regret their choice when we reveal what is inside each case or will they win our star prize?
